We have worked on both Mechanical & Electrical layouts in large buildings and plant rooms for consultants and contractors throughout the world. We are a very experienced multi-disciplined 3D Revit coordinator for all HVAC in buildings. This work has included modelling 3D Mechanical plant rooms, floor layouts, risers and drawings using all the AutoCAD & Revit mep packages. We use Navisworks for 3D design, walkthroughs, clash reports and clash resolving.

We can act as your lead project co-ordinator & work in conjunction with your design service engineers and other Revit modellers. Using their design sketches or schematics we are able to set out, model, co-ordinate & produce, construction drawings & installation drawings of the MEP services for an entire building in 3D which includes plant rooms, floors and risers. This modelling includes co-ordination and service sandwiching between all the LTHW, CHW & domestic pipework, electrical tray, medical gas, steam pipes, sprinklers, rwp, svp & vent pipes (with falls) which are all coordinated together with clash detection and structural penetrations. We have a team based in both the UK & Manila but in some situations we can work from our clients office either full time or part time in order to better intergrate their design into the model.
